الشروطTerms

• الأدوات برامج للويندوز تبيعها فلك بترخيص استخدام، وليس بيع حقوق البرنامج.The tools are Windows programs sold under a licence to use them. You do not buy the rights to the software.
• كل عملية شراء تعطيك رمز تفعيل لجهازين، للاستخدام الشخصي أو في عملك.Each purchase gives you activation codes for two PCs, for personal or business use.
• لا يجوز إعادة بيع الأدوات أو رموز التفعيل أو مشاركتها مع آخرين، أو محاولة كسر التفعيل.You may not resell or share the tools or activation codes, or try to bypass activation.
• سحاب يحمّل من مواقع طرف ثالث. أنت المسؤول عن تحميل ما لديك الحق في تحميله فقط، ومراعاة شروط تلك المواقع وقوانين بلدك.Sahab downloads from third-party sites. You are responsible for downloading only what you have the right to, and for following those sites' terms and your country's laws.
• الأدوات تُقدَّم كما هي. نبذل جهدنا لتعمل جيداً، لكن لا نضمن أنها تعمل دائماً مع كل موقع أو كل جهاز، ولا نتحمل خسارة ناتجة عن استخدامها.The tools are provided as they are. We work to keep them running well, but we do not guarantee they work with every site or PC, and we are not liable for losses from using them.
• قد نوقف رمزاً صدر عن عملية استُرجع مبلغها أو دُفعت بطريقة احتيالية.We may stop codes issued for a purchase that was refunded or paid for fraudulently.

الخصوصيةPrivacy

• الدفع بالبطاقة يتم في Lemon Squeezy. رقم بطاقتك لا يصلنا. يصلنا اسمك وبريدك وبيانات الطلب.Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never receive your card number. We receive your name, e-mail and the order details.
• عند استخدام بوت تيليجرام نحفظ رقم حسابك واسمك في تيليجرام وطلباتك ورقم الجهاز (Machine ID) الذي ترسله للتفعيل، وإيصال التحويل إن دفعت بالتحويل البنكي.When you use the Telegram bot we keep your Telegram ID and name, your orders, the Machine ID you send for activation, and your transfer receipt if you paid by bank transfer.
• للأدوات المجانية نطلب اسمك ورقم جوالك لنمنح كل شخص نسخة واحدة فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أحد، إلا مع الجهات التي تعالج الدفع لإتمام طلبك أو إذا طلب القانون ذلك.For the free tools we ask for your name and phone number so each person gets one copy. We do not sell your data or share it, except with the services that process your payment, or where the law requires it.
• الأدوات تعمل على جهازك، ولا نرسل منها ملفاتك أو بياناتك إلى خوادمنا.The tools run on your PC. They do not send your files or data to our servers.
• نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات ما دمنا نحتاجها للدعم والتفعيل. لطلب حذف بياناتك راسلنا في تيليجرام.We keep order data for as long as we need it for support and activation. To ask us to delete your data, message us on Telegram.

الاسترجاعRefunds

• تقدر تطلب استرجاع المبلغ خلال 7 أيام من الشراء، إذا لم تعمل الأداة على جهازك رغم محاولتنا مساعدتك، أو إذا لم تكن كما وُصفت.You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the tool does not work on your PC after we have tried to help, or is not as described.
• اطلب الاسترجاع من تيليجرام على @icrptds ومعك رقم الطلب.Ask on Telegram at @icrptds with your order number.
• يعود المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع. بعد الاسترجاع يتوقف إصدار رموز جديدة لتلك العملية.The money goes back the way you paid. After a refund, no new codes are issued for that purchase.
• الأدوات المجانية لا تُسترجع لأنها بدون دفع.Free tools have nothing to refund.
